What PayPal buyer protection does, and what it does not
This is the reason a lot of people search for the payment method rather than the service, so it deserves a straight answer rather than a badge.
Whose programme it is
Purchase protection is PayPal's, not ours. PayPal writes the eligibility rules, sets the time limits, assesses the claim and decides the outcome, and it can change any of that whenever it chooses. We are not going to paraphrase those terms here: a paraphrase goes out of date quietly, and an out-of-date paraphrase on a seller's own site reads as a promise the seller never had the right to make. The version that counts is the one on PayPal's site on the day you need it.
What it changes for you in practice
The money passes through a third party who is not us. Your card details never touch this site, there is no account here for a password to be stolen from, and if an order genuinely does not arrive you have a route to raise it that does not depend on us replying to an email. That is a real advantage and it is the honest reason to pay this way.
What it will not do
It is not a change-of-mind refund. It does not reverse a delivery - once followers are on an account they are on the account, and no payment method can take them off again. It cannot rescue an order sent to a username that was typed incorrectly, which is why the order card validates the username or post link before a payment is created. And it does not promise you an outcome: a claim is assessed, not granted.
An order here is a digital service rather than a parcel, so none of the tracking-number logic that applies to posted goods applies to it. That is exactly why every receipt carries an order reference, and why the delivery record is kept against that reference.

The price you see is the price PayPal is asked for
The figure on this page and the figure sent to PayPal are produced by one piece of code. A check runs before every release that recomputes every price on the site with that same code and blocks the release if one of them has drifted by a penny. Nothing is added at the payment screen, and there is no separate service fee.
30-day refill on followers orders is included: if the count falls below the number we delivered within 30 days of the order completing, send us the reference and we top it back up. It does not apply after 30 days, and it does not cover an account that was set to private, a username that changed, or action taken by Instagram on the account.
