What we sell, in plain terms

We pass the order to a delivery supplier

The things we put in writing
These are the commitments this site is prepared to be held to, and each one is published rather than implied.
- The price shown is the price charged. The figure on the order form and the amount PayPal takes come from one piece of code used in both places, and a check before every release refuses the release if any price on the site has drifted by a penny.
- We never ask for your Instagram password. Not at the order, not by email, not ever. Anybody contacting you for an Instagram password while claiming to be us is not us.
- 30-day refill on followers orders. If the count falls below what we delivered within 30 days of the order completing, send us the order reference and we top it back up. The exclusions are published on the same page as the promise, not underneath it.
- Delivery windows are stated as two separate figures. Delivery starts within minutes, and orders complete within 0-24 hours, because when an order starts and when it finishes are two different promises.
- If we cannot deliver an order, it is refunded in full. Once an order has been delivered it cannot be taken back, which is why the username and the post link are worth checking twice before paying.
And the things we will not do
No invented testimonials, star ratings, order counts or customer numbers - not in the copy, not in the structured data, not as a placeholder. No countdown timers and no fake live-order pop-ups. What we cannot prove, and say so
